Through the utilization of CASA's Electronic Payroll Reporting System, your payroll information could be available as soon as processing is completed, via electronic file download from CASA to your PC. Resulting in an increase in the accuracy & efficiency of your payroll verification, inquiry, and storage procedures. |
How it Works: |
- Input your payroll using your current method
- Connect to CASA to download your payroll paperwork and check file
- Payrolls will be stored on your PC by year, run#, check date
- All payroll reports you received by courier are now available to you on your PC
- Review all payroll reports
- Print any report(s)
- Print any page of a specific report
- View quarterly and year-end reports
- Create an output file to a diskette or CD
- You will also receive a check file and an edit file with each download
- View check voucher documents for each employee
- Print out actual pay stub information for an employee
- Review your edit file
